SPICED MUSHROOM CHAI LATTE – WARMING COMFORT DRINK

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 tablespoon kAFÉ DjON DjON 
• 8 oz chai tea (brewed strong)
• 2 oz steamed milk
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• Pinch of cardamom
• Pinch of ginger
• 1 teaspoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Brew strong chai tea
2. Mix in kAFÉ DjON DjON  while hot
3. Add spices and honey
4. Top with steamed milk
5. Dust with cinnamon
