Hi, my name is Bobby. I was born in Haiti and raised in Brooklyn. I grew up on mornings with coffee made with Carnation milk and buttered toast on the side, a flavor that stuck with me like a hug from my moms.

As I got older, I didn't like the effect coffee was having on me. Concerned, I stepped away for a while and tried other alternatives, but I couldn’t find anything that matched the taste I loved.

Then I stumbled on mushroom coffee, and it felt like the universe winked. The flavor I love, with a new twist.

That’s how kAFÉ DjON DjON [kah-FEH zhawn-zhawn] came to life. What started as my own search for a better cup grew into a mission worth sharing.
