ZEN-SATIONAL MATCHA kAFÉ ART

TRIPLE LAYER ZEN

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Layer 1 (bottom): Mix kAFÉ DjON DjON ceremonial matcha with 2 oz hot water and 1 tbsp sugar until smooth, pour over ice
Layer 2 (middle): Brew strong kAFÉ DjON DjON with 2 oz hot water, cool slightly, slowly pour over spoon onto matcha
Layer 3 (top): Whip cream with remaining sugar until thick but pourable, gently float on top
Serve immediately with straw - let customer mix or photograph first
Each layer has distinct color: green, brown, white

PRO TIPS:Pour each layer VERY slowly over back of spoon to maintain separation
